This is the information necessary for solo and ensemble. Below are the checklist and the adjudication forms for the event.

Use this page to determine if you are ready to participate in the solo and ensemble event.
–Adjudication Forms
Download the appropriate form, type all pertinent information into the fields at the top of the form, then print the form onto the correct color paper. Be sure to check for misspellings and omissions of required information. Also, be certain to use the correct color paper.

For all of these forms, you will need Adobe Reader. (link) To save files, Right Click and select “Save As.” Choose your download location, and click save, or similar. Also, the number that appears denotes the amount of times the file has been downloaded.
